DESCRIPTION 

Primrose Development sought to create a prototype senior housing design that would be highly marketable and easily adaptable to varying markets.  Redefining the standards in senior living today, Primrose is quickly becoming the preferred model of retirement housing for independent & assisted living.  The design for this campus is being replicated around the nation with campuses including townhomes for senior living as well. 

Each 65-75 unit facility offers a wide array of activities and lifestyle choices, including a rich English Pub with billiards, the social ice cream parlor, movie theatre, fitness room, intimate fireside lounge or the winding corridor that connects them all.
