DESCRIPTION 
Executed in 4 phases over 3 years, the $13M repositioning of this existing care center sought to enhance quality of life with privacy, increased therapy program and personalized living.  The completed project included:
  • Addition of a large chapel
  • New 3,000 sf in-patient/out-patient therapy space 
  • 19-bed addition to increase the number of private rooms in facility
  • New dining rooms
  • Renovated lobby, offices and gathering spaces
  • Renovated kitchen and laundry spaces
